Kent Christensen began his aerospace career with the former Douglas Aircraft Company where he worked in Flight Crew Training.  He supported the initial and recurrent training programs for DC-9/MD-80, DC-10/MD-11/KC-10 aircraft.

 

While with Rockwell International, he supported simulator training for the astronaut flight crews.

 

Other programs Kent has worked on include the B-1B Lancer and B-2B (Stealth) Spirit aircraft.

 

Kent holds a Private Pilot certificate and is a rated ground instructor

Fred Abrams is a nationally known aviation lecturer, humorist, veteran instrument instructor, volunteer FAA Aviation Safety Counselor, and aviation technical writer. Fred began his aviation career in the U.S. Air Force.

 

After graduating from the Flight Simulator Technical Training program, he was assigned to the Combat Crew Training Squadron as a KC-135 simulator operator.

 

Combining his love of flight, and a passion for teaching, Fred has provided more than 5,000 hours of instrument flight training in an airplane and more than 7,000 hours of instrument

flight training in simulators.

 

Fred holds a Private and Commercial Pilot certificate as well being rated as a Instrument Pilot and Instructor.
